Note: Please read this post as it's related to our class chalet and t-shirts. (:Class chalet have not been confirmed. But, if its confirmed, each person need to pay roughly $20 which include bbq which will be held on the 2nd day. Let me explain how are we using the $20... $10.30 will be used to book the chalet. So if 30 of us go... we will be able to have $309. The package for NTUC club member cost $308. So we will have $1 change... Ok, but however... i can't guarantee you that i'm able to book the package. I have to call and check.
So if we take $20 x 30, we have $600. So how about the rest of the money? $250 will be used for the BBQ food on the second day. $250 will confirm have chicken wings. But the rest of the food will be for the food committee people to decide. But of course, it will be BBQ food. (:
The remaining $48 will be use as backup. Just in case we need a sum of money for something, we still have $48 to help us out. If we did not use the $48, we will use it to buy presents for Mrs Brian and Mrs Siva. I don't know if this is a good idea. Cos we are like using the remaining money for them. Rather than setting aside some money for them. I don't know if its a good idea. So please give some advice on how this $48 can be used. (: Please, serious answer. haha.
I will try to book the chalet from the 13/11/08 - 15/11/08 at East Coast Park. I will update everyone of you soon too. Class T-shirts will be given out during the class chalet. Money for class T-shirts must also be handed in together with the chalet money because we need to pay them at least a deposit. I hope you all will understand. I still have not found a good and cheap vedor that can help us with this. Once i have confirm the price, i will tell you all asap either through this blog, phone via passing around or worst come to worst, during bridging period...
Money will all be collect by Shawn during the bridging period to reduce the number of people paying late.
